All services are final , NO refunds. Absolutely NO EXTRA guests, that includes children. Please arrive on time. Keep in mind when you arrive late you shorten your treatment time. Arriving 15 minutes or more after scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation/ reschedule and fees will apply. As a courtesy, please remember to contact us as soon you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment to avoid the following fees. 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows. 50% cancellation fee for “last minute.” Cancel 24 hours or more prior to your appointment time to avoid fees. Please Note: If your card is not valid for any fees applied to you (no-show or last minute) you must pay the fees and services BEFORE re-booking.
